Try this one. It helped me a lot because i am a vegetarian and i have noticed some sufficient gains with just using this and MET-Rx protein bars. Cytosport Cytogainer has about 54g of protein, 3g of glutamine, and 3g of Creatine with other bunch of good stuff. Try the chocolate flavor that's the best and it costs me about 35 dollars(U.S.). I don't know about European money so can't help you there. Try it. It's working for me pretty good
I use Doc's Protein Plus product. I also have my clients use it as well. I highly reccomend it. It mixes well, and tastes better then most of the other products I've used.

My wife used to use Dr. Phil's wretched protein powder, and I use Dr. Squat's. I kept trying to get her to try it, but she would choke down Dr. Phil's horrible tasting shakes.
Finally, I prevailed upon her to try a Dr. Squat shake and she loved it. She never even finished the Dr. Phil shakes, but she still watches his show.
All I have to say is, watch out! Lots of garbage protein is beind dumped onto the USA market from the far east. It's really horrible how people are so gullible. You get what you pay for, folks...cheap protein is just that. Cheap!

How about Dr. Squat's products?

I've never tried Dr. Squat's protein. But have read good things about it on the old forum.
Beverly International makes several good protein products. And I like Dave Draper's protein, too.

Try the whey (gold standard) by ON.
Superb value for money, high bioavailability and absorption, great taste and a rich BCAA profile.

Maybe Dr. Squat needs a show

Agreed, though I have heard a few complaints of digestive issues (including myself...though I am not 100% on cause...).
