Could someone layout what the difference between mobility exercises and dynamic warm-up exercises? Specificity?
I'm pretty sure it's just specificity and timing. Dynamic warm-up exercises would be done directly before the desired activity and for that activity, while mobility drills would be for general joint ROM and done seperate from a specific activity (lifting or sport).
As far as I know there isn't widespread standardization of these particular terms, though.
I understand it to be the specificity to the moment to be performed in the workout to follow. A lot of joint mobility stuff, while good for the joints is not really specific to any typical athletic movment

I agree with described above but I have heard (and probably used...) them somewhat interchangably.
