Hey guys, im gonna start this log to keep track of everything. and for advice from you guys. I hope you enjoy reading this.. ill try to post videos so maybe on topof just getting stronger i can get feedback on my form to.

bodyweight- 152
bench press- 185
squat- 220
shoulder press/overhead press- ??

deadlift- ??
Im gonna come back and edit this after i max out tonight on all of these.. yesterday i maxed on bench. so ya
but i start monday.
do you guys know any good videos i can watch to perfect my form? ive done power cleans a lot in wrestling and ive squatted and stuff a lot. i just think i should really improve my form. and dead lifts i dont really know how to do.. we never did em much. just straight leg dead lifts..
so if you could link me to some videos on proper form id greatly appreciate it! thanks guys!
oh ya how should i eat?? i bought milk and peanuts in a can yesterday im gonna start drinkin milk and eatin those all thru the day.. but i was wandering a good meal plan to follow?
