Workout Split

If I were to split my workout into two parts (AM and PM) due to time constraints for a single long workout, would it be better to lift heavier in the morning and lighter in the afternoon or vice versa? I have been following Doc's 80 day peaking cycle and it calls for Heavy Bench (3 sets of 2), Heavy DL (3 sets of 2) and Speed Squat (5 sets of 2). I have added Heavy Chin-Ups to complement and superset with my bench press as well as Speed OH Press and barbell curls.

I was planning on doing something like this:

AM
Heavy Bench
Heavy Chins
Heavy DL

PM
Speed OH Press
Barbell Curls
Speed Squat

Any suggestions?

am/pm

I think it's more of a personal thing, me personally could not lift heavy in am, I prefer pm. i have been eating all day and have fuel in me for the workout and your body is more or less warmed up just from the days activities. in the morning ou've been basically fasting all night and when you get up you are tight from just lying in bed. but this is only my personal choice. there are others out there that train in the am all the time and wouldn't have it any other way.

Let me not judge my fellowmen, but understand them, Lord, and when the casting of the stones begins, remind me of my many sins.

I actually prefer to lift

I actually prefer to lift heavy in the morning. I can usually squeeze my workout into an hour (6:00-7:00 AM), but with additional warm-up sets and longer time periods between heavy sets I am pressed for time. Is there any reason not to split my WO and move the speed sets to the afternoon? This would allow two training sessions of around 45 minutes.

I also prefer morning w/outs

I also prefer morning w/outs 9-11am, From what I understand is that men's testosterone level is highest in the morning.
I'm also doing Doc's plan and well be splitting the routine at the end and eliminate all assist work.

none at all

I don't see any reason why you couldn't do split workouts like that., if it works for you then do it
