squats/low bar///etc

well finally did actual low bar squats..and guess what i lifted about 30lbs more...guess i had bar too high for yrs...duh..but it hurts shoulders, any suggestions...ty

How does it hurt your shoulders? Bar pressing hurts? Shoulders are inflexible and cramped? Shoulders simply tired?

Low bar squats helped me enormously.

Make sure bar is sitting

Make sure bar is sitting across the "shelf" of the rear delts. This method will force you to lean forward more which may cause pain in the lower back.

warmup

Stretch chest and lats during warmup. Warm up rear delts with flies or similar.
