I have been doing inclines on the smith and lately getting shoulder pain,could it be from of lack ROM? because you are locked in. JM=M2-198
It's not the lack of ROM but the locked in groove that's not natural. Ditch the smith machine. It will mess up your shoulders as you're finding out.
Incline DB instead?
That's be a good option if you're worried about not having a spotter. You can always dump the dumbbells if needed.
I don't have a incline bench or spotters.AT what point before a meet would you stop doing auxiliary exercises? Jeff
Two weeks before the meet I go normal. One week before I cut weights to 50-60%. The week of the meet I don't do any.
