Question for Dr Squat

Am 26 years old 184cm 88kilos am a beginer..training just over a month now.I progresed from a 85kg benchpress to 100kg in a month and am on a jim wendler 5.3.1 program 3 days a week,i eat 4x per day and use only whey and dextose after workout,multivitamins,flaxsed oil.

My questions :1.Wich program do you recomend to get the best strength gains as posible,5x5?
2.How many kilos on benchpress can i expect to add in 6 months without any extra supplements
3.Wich suplements for strength do u recomend
4.Finaly last one i was reading about these fast twich slow twich muscles,how does a person know of what kind of fibers his muscles are?.
