The second link refers to specific studies (references 8, 13 and 14) which shows its direct effects on hGH. Also you need cofactors which ensure its bioavailibility referred to in the text (provided by most mulitivits).

Research indicates it promotes GH release so it might be worth giving a go if you are interested.

I just found a cheap source

I just found a cheap source on amazon. I'm giving it a try along with some CoQ10 for energy (and boy does that CoQ10 work well on me.)
