in my training experience,I know that nutrition is a vital part of any exercise regimen.Knowing when to take in more or less protein during certain exercises,and when to eat lower glycemic foods,the right kind of fat,their are good fats and bad fats.Keeping your body hydrated.My goal as a trainer is to guide,and train clients in the process of learning the steps to becoming healthier,having better mental clarity,and just feeling better completely. Training and nutrition is important for lots of people but it does'nt matter for some people. I've seen guys that could eat whatever they want, do a few pushups and have a 400lb bench.
