Ike, do you feel like they've done anything for your upper arms? If my forearms get much bigger and my upper arms stay the same, I'll start looking a bit like Popeye. Thanks.
Michael - My entire upper body appears to be improving. The fat gripz seem to increase activation of other muscle groups. When I use them for rows, my back is more sore than it was when I rowed without them. Same for pull-ups. Since my grip isn't terribly strong, it is the limiting factor when I use fat gripz. But I think that the disadvantage of fewer reps (due to failing grip) is offset by the benefit of increased activation of the muscle groups being worked. In other words, can't get as many reps in, but each rep counts for more.
They sound great, thank so much. There is certainly an activation tie-in with grip. When I first started powerlifting my partner would coach me to grip the bar hard for benching and it seemed to help.
Worth every nickel!!!!
