I am hoping Dr. Squat can help out with this. Back in the 80s when I was competing I followed Dr. Squat's training programs with great success, and still follow his principles in my recent training. I recall seeing photos of him in an airplane brace doing leg extensions after he had his rotator cuff repaired. I just had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder a couple of weeks ago. I'm not in an airplane brace ,but I am in an immoiblizer. I would like to get back to the gym and do some thing to keep my legs, core and left arm in shape while recovering. Dr.Squat can you help me out?
