Dr. Squat - Dr. Fred Hatfield

Hey Doc, I found an old container sitting in my cabinet today of your power protein blend, and apparently it's been up there for a few years- it expired about 4 months ago. Is it still ok to continue using this product? The container is about half full unfortunately. It's been stored in a cool dry place, so I really wouldn't want to throw it out if it's ok to consume.
