DL form check please (with video)

I havent DL in 18 mo. been busy with the training academy and squatting etc. so how's my form look to you guys? it seems like my hips come up too soon and i felt like my back stayed arched and tight but it's hard to tell in the videos.

Looks fine to me. You are pretty strong too for a guy who hasn't deadlifted in 18 months.
