I use the protein plus, liquid vitamin, BCAA's and anaerobic power.
I've used the liquid minerals, power protein plus, creatine, and anaerobic power supplements. The minerals were great, so was the protein. The creatine didn't seem to help much, as I'm seeing greater benefit from a German micronized product. The anaerobic power worked well, felt an energy increase, but it just wasn't cost effective.
ProPower Creatine IS the german stuff from what I understand. Oh, can anyone repost the info about the ingredients of Mass Builder?

While it is a high quality product,
Pfanstiehl Creatine is US manufactured in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) certified and FDA monitored facility. Pfanstiehl has the only FDA Drug Master File for Creatine Monohydrate.

Whoops, you're right, had a brain fart.
Still curious about the propower creatine though - it's that it says pharmaceutical grade that makes me think it's American.
I've been using the ProPower Protein Plus for about half a year now and have nothing but good things to say about it. I ordered the strawberry banana (Delicious) and the Vanilla (smooth). I wish this stuff came in a bigger container, that is my only complaint.
The first thing I noticed was that while the container was roughly half the size of one of those huge tubs you get at GNC or where ever, it was packed full of product.
I typically mix the powder with 10-12 ice cubes, 1 cup of frozen fruit and 2-3 cups of milk. It's never exact, but the end result with this protein was the best tasting shakes I ever made.
My grade for this product is an A, would have been an A+, but the container size held it back.

ok fellas this is crazy stuf 4 weeks ago i started taking a pro power mix i kinda put together thought i would try something new.
the may reason was i was struggling to finish my workouts well here it is
in the morning about 6am 4 sprays of lipoforce ,1 cap full collidal mineral power
about 9am shake made of
2 scoops mass builder
3 scoops power protein plus
10 grams of creatine
25 grams of glutamine
1 packet of universal bcaa's
11 to 12 8 oz. of any form of protein with about 4 serving of rice
2 to 3 pm anther meal or a shake of 2 scoops of power protein with juice
7 pm this all depends on what's in the frig at the time
the reason i'm saying this is today's workout was crazy i was done and felt like i could do much more.
squat
denim breifs
256x3 456x3
denim breifs plus wrap
656x2
full gear straps down
856x1 986x1 opener 1056x1 second attemt
full gear straps up but loose
1107x1 it felt easy and smooth

Hope this isn't a silly question, but when using the lipoforce spray, how long should you allow it to absorb before drinking or eating something? I assume that if I chased it with a glass of water, it reduces absorbtion.
I don't have it in front of me, but I believe the Creatine container states that a rounded teaspoon is one gram...Does this hold true for the Glutamine as well?
I have to be honest on this one. I ordered the recovery nutrient, mega nutrient and colloidal mineral. While I feel they can assist to compensate for many of the deficiencies 99.9% of us have in meeting the nutritional demands imposed by high intensity training and less than optimal eating, I also keep a realistic view that this is why I buy a supplement and nothing more. When I saw the updated forum page with "Since I started using ProPower...I increased poundage x,y,z by....", I did a double-take. Let me be absolutely clear, I have nothing but respect for the accomplishments of everyone here and do not deny the efficacy of any ProPower product. However, that kind of inference drives me a little crazy, everytime I see it. I would sooner thank my olympic bar, weights and an intelligent plan of action for strength gains before I would any supplement. I completely acknowledge that supplementation is a vital part of ensuring that you can perform optimally. However, the quantum leap to listing strength gains while exclusively mentioning supplements is something I would question. If we have the studies out there, send 'em and I'll gladly eat my slice of humble pie . Maybe all the years of testimonials in closely following sports supplements have me somewhat jaded. . Again, just an opinion and I received from the supps exactly what I expected.
Supplements are just that: supplements. If your training stays the same and your supplementation changes you can say the supplements work. I happen to know that Charles always does the same thing training-wise so to see a jump in his poundages shows something. If you sit on your couch and do nothing, supplements won't work!
I would like to ask a very straight question, If I want to add around 15 pounds of muscle weight to my body (specially lower part) , what all supplemets i should take and what quantity??
And how long it generally take to put that much muscle mass.
Please note that I have read Dr. Squat's article on supplements. But is there any relation i.e. u will gain this much if you consume this much.. given that you train hard??

Hi, I have not used the Mass Builder but would you like to share the Power Plus experience with us??
You bet.
I have been using the Pro Power Plus as a postworkout drink. I mix it with 10-12 ounces of skim milk. I also have a banana.
I have been using it for 2 weeks now.
First of all, it mixes nicely.
Second, the taste is excellent.
Third, it clearly works, as both my strength and lean muscle have increased in this timeframe (significantly).
That said, it is no magic bullet. It is a protein powder with some carbohydrates added. TO this end, however, it is as good if not better than any other such supplement I have used for a lesser cost.
