Can anyone recommend a sports nutrition DVD? Has anyone seen this one?

I am trying to find a nutrition DVD I can show to my class. Movies seem to work better than just notes. I can't seem to find one includes:
-Increasing calories for activity needs
-Post workout nutrition
-Vegetables and fruits etc

I came across this one on Amazon.
Rx Nutrition: Eating for Improved Performance in Life, Fitness, and Sport

The reviews seem to be high. It is by Rick Kattouf. I don't recognize the name but it looks professionally done. I don't plan on showing the whole thing. Maybe just show clips here and there.

I don't see any other DVDs out there right now.

Thanks Todd. I'm going to pick it up and give it a good read this weekend. I am always looking for good books to read that I can use in teaching or coaching.
