Anyone know what kind of plyometrics dr squat did back in the day?

Just curious if they were in a certain article or book? THe guy could really get some height. He had to have been doing something besides powerlifting right? Even if he was moving the heavy weight as fast as he could it still would have caused him to move slow if he wasn't doing strength/speed methods.

There has got to be more plyometrics for powerlifting besides box jumps. I figure depth jumps and altitude jumps would be to hard on the knees.

Don't know what Doc did, but

Don't know what Doc did, but the most current evidence suggests by simply trying to move a heavy load fast, you elicit the same speed-strength adaptations as actually moving a light load quickly. Behm and Sale 1992 (don't remember the title of the study or the journal).
