Deadlift: 250x2, 315x2, 405x2, 425x1, 435x1
GHR: 2x6
Incline Press: 185x2, 225x2, 245x2, 275x2, 295x1
DB Bent Over Row: 50x5, 65x5, 75x5
External Shoulder Rotation: 15x10, 15x10
Standing Cable Twist: 20x10, 40x10

I have a strongman contest coming up on 7/5/08. There will be a car deadlift and log press . .. so DL and C&J help work those events.
I am doing a very modified version of conjugate method. Three workouts per week; ME, DE, RE . . . but they are all total body.
Template looks like this:
1) Explosive
2) Squat or Dead
3) Lower Auxillary (unilateral or posterior chain)
4) Upper Press
5) Upper Pull
6) Finisher (neck, grip, ext shoulder rotation)
7) Core
The week before the contest I do all event specific stuff and crunch the workouts into the early part of the week; take the later part of the week off.
