How about a "how to" Page

This may be handled in FAQ but if not............It appears that the new site will be complete with many new bells and whistles. For someone, such as myself, that does not frequent the internet often and is not familiar how sites often work how about a users manuel page to allow all users to get the most benefit from the new features.
