For $15 dollars on the Inteet you can find a Sutan yogurt maker. Very simple, it is like a miniature plastic crockpout that makes yogurt or kefir.
Add one can of blueberries, and fill to top with whole organic milk (non homoginaized). Turn on for 10 hours and stir every 3 hours.
When done pour out in a sealed container and use to make oat meal. It is not thick and creamy like yogurt due to the berries and juice but it tastes extremely good with oatmeal.
The milk is already digested by the culture and a great protein source, great for the morning because your disgtestive system does not have to digest the milk. Also mix for a protein shake. I think it is best for breakfast. Enrgizes the body and wont slow you down.
