Dr. Squat's guidelines for posting on his Q&A Board

I LOVE debate! I HATE rancorous arguing.

I LOVE humor. I HATE racial, sexual or ethnic slurs.

I LOVE tasteful off-topic posts occasionally. I HATE moral, political or religeous tirades (unless they're mine).

I LOVE naked women. I HATE porn on my board.

I LOVE training science. I HATE good science being twisted to support untenable beliefs such as HIT.

I LOVE newbies and their innocent questions. I HATE those who don't.

I LOVE all training-related products (mine included). I HATE people who try to sell theirs on my site unless invited to.

I LOVE questioning authority. I HATE it when "questioning authority" is used as a cover for snide or disrespectful rants.

I LOVE those who patiently assist others.

I LOVE sharing training experiences.

I LOVE lifting in all its forms of expression.

These are the qualities that the moderators for DrSquat.com will always strive to encourage. In most cases, a moderator will warn offenders, but sometimes offending posts will be summarily deleted. There will not be any debate on such actions.

...just keep all in good taste.

Fred

Re: Forum Rules

I'm going to add one new thing: make sure all pictures and avatars are safe for viewing at work. Smiling

I just made a change to the forum to disallow web pages in the profile. Can't be seen, spidered, etc.
