I drank some redgrape juice because of the phyto nutrients before the gym. The sugar made me feel weak and I could only bench 220 for an unclean 1 rep max but I felt incredible hours later. My mind wants to jog and ride bike. It definately helped with my endurance and feeling of well being.

As Doc has said before it probably was the sugar. I know grape skin extract is great for endurance but possibly buying the supplement is better.

FOund something better, siberian ginseng and sea buckthorn berry.
