This exercise is from bruce lee's book couldn't understand it! And it's written in two diffrent way but still couldn't understand it!Can anyone help me I think here are the smartest people when it comes to training Laughing out loud

page 43 version

This exercise build strongs wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps, and brachialis muscles.the dumbbells are simultaneously rotated in vertical circles in front of the body, with the wrists turned up at the bottom of the outward arc and turned down on the inner arc.

page 115 version

In addition to the biceps, dumbbell circles work the forearms and also the wrists, tricep, and brachialis. The Dumbbells are alternately rotated in full, flat circles in front of the body, with the wrists turned up at the bottom on the outward arc and turned downward on the inner arc.

Doc could you explain this to me!Because it seems that there is nobody who knows about that exercise! Puzzled

Dumbbell Circle?

Here's the best description I can give---

Hold the dumbbells in front of you as in a front lateral raise. Rotate your hands/wrists in a circular motion, essentially the only movement coming from the elbows to the hands.

Dumbbell Circle?

point both fists straight out in front of you. Now, start writing the letter O with each fist, the left hand going clockwise, the right hand going counter clockwise. At the top of the O and until the bottom of the O, your palms face down. From the bottom to the top, your palms face up.

It'd be easier if I had a camera handy...
