I just received a copy of Mark Rippetoe and Lon Kilgore's new book, Practical Programming. It is an excellent text detailing the concepts behind routine design for beginners to advanced athletes. It covers many variations of cycling and wave-loading, most of which I've read in your materials years ago.
But I think this book is a great addition to the home library as it covers Mark's methods for getting his lifters down in Witchita Falls, TX so strong. Great book.
