Great workout!
Tomorrow: Back workout, will avoid hitting the lower back too much though. Quite sore (DOMS) from today's workout.
note on squats: I've just now learned to squat olympic style. I love this style of squatting - but I need to build the strength from scratch.
The Discipline of Steel!
Great training and catchy title.
Was it from Conan The Barbarian?

Decent workout. Rear delts are a big weakpoint for me, I feel. So I will hit these 3 times/week. I assume they recovery quickly. Hanging leg raises, the same. 2-3x/week.
Pull ups were FABULOUS today... a mind-muscle connection that was almost overwhelming.
I've never takken supplements, but today I started on Lee Labradas SuperCharge. This may account for why pull ups felt so different.
Well, I take creatine and some vitamins and minerals and stuff. I've ordered beta alanine, xtend and tribulus, these should arrive soon.

Was it from Conan The Barbarian?
Yes! Thanks Robert! I seem to recognize your name..are you on ironage and ironhistory as well?
Conan the Barbarian.... one of my fav. movies.
In my "memory palace", thinking back of the days when I was little. I remember a local TV station showed Conan the barbarian. After the first battle scene I told my dad to start taping this. I instantly fell in love with the music, the storyline, the themes, and Arnold - I mean hey, it's Arnold!
Conan the Barbarian will always be something special to me.
I've always looked up to my dad, and for some reason..I've always seen him in Arnold and vice versa....!!
This is one of my favorite scenes from the movie:

This is one of the most beautiful scenes in the movie:

The tempo, the pace, the music, the acting, the story...EVERYTHING...perfect.

Great workout - Dips went very well!!!!!!
The Discipline of Steel!
I thought I was doing well with my weighted dips of BW+70lbs/30kg for 6 reps, now I see I have some work to do.... Very impressive!
I like to do the dips at the end. For whatever reason, the weighted dips don't bother my shoulders like most presses, and I can minimize tricep fatigue by going down to full extension but only 3/4 up. Do you do anything else for chest or just dips? I considered an all-dip chest macrocycle but then didn't do it - curious if anyone else ever did/does.
