Well one thing I found in my limited lifting experience is during periods when i ultra warmed up, my need to warmup increased and when I reduced it to a quick set or two, it adapted to fit that - however this was never a big change and to be honest I did always feel better after proper warmups.
Interesting thing I read in a Tsatsouline book was that armed forces nned to try to remove/reduce the warmup time needed. I am curious whether it has been known for people to go through that sort of conditioning, and to dramatically reduce or remove their need for a thorough warmup before strenuous exercise.
Personally I think this would be a great ability to develop - what if a woman on the street sees me and absolutely cannot wait and makes me "perform" without preparation
Conditioning to reduce warmup duration
I use very little warm-up but then I do walk to the gym. Start at bout 60 1RM
