Dr. Squat - Dr. Fred Hatfield

I have had problems with a nerve impingement for the past 5 years -- manifested in lateral aspect of lower leg (along peroneal nerve), no pain in back but diagnosed a few months ago as originating from my lower back.

About a week ago I used a Compex EMS unit that a friend had -- sending electronic messaging to the muscles -- for about 15 minutes after the EMS it was like a magical cure and although it slowly wore off, the nerve problem has lessened significantly since that EMS session.

Has anyone haad experience with or used the Compex?
